Welcome to the Bespoke Service
All Dawn Mckelvie designs are exclusively made to order, enabling you to select the colour of leather you would like an item to be made up in. If you would like to have your design customised further, you may wish to select our Bespoke Service.
The Bespoke Service allows you to have a design made up in any leather, with a further choice of colours of other materials, such as tulle, UV pendants, merino wool and feathers, making a design truly personal to you. There are a vast range of available leathers to choose from, of which we are continually adding to. If you are unable to find the colour you require, or if you are trying to match a colour, you may wish to select our Colour Match option, where we will endeavour to match a colour for you. The additional charge for colour matching is £25.
Please note, to have an item customised using the Bespoke Service, there is no additional charge, (this applies to colour matching only) however, all bespoke orders are non returnable. In the unlikely event that upon inspection, a material is found to be faulty, you will be entitled to either exchange the item for an identical one, or request a credit note to the value of the order. Before ordering a bespoke item, please contact us initially via email at bespoke@dawnmckelvie.com or alternatively, do feel free to call Dawn at the studio to discuss your requirements further. Once your bespoke order has been confirmed via email, you are then able to place your order through the online jewellery boutique. Simply select the design you would like made up, making sure to click on Bespoke/Confirmed from the drop down options box.
To match a colour, we would require you to send a sample, be it a piece of fabric, ribbon, card, a cutting from a magazine, or even some scribble in coloured pen! As long as we have something to see other than on a monitor, as colours can be viewed slightly different from screen to screen. If we are able to match the colour, or find a colour that's very close, we will send you a swatch to view. If you are happy with the colour, simply email us on the above email to confirm the design you would like to be made up in this colour. Once we have confirmed that back with you, you are then able to place your order through the online jewellery boutique. Simply select the design you would like to be made up, making sure to click on Colour Match from the drop down options box. The additional charge of £25 will be automatically added to your order. For delivery time, please allow between 7-10 working days within the UK and 14 working days outside of the UK, from the date of which your payment is processed.
